Maureen Lindstrom

Maureen has always had a love of all things design. She is grateful to work with the most amazing team of women who keep her laughing and inspired everyday. Her team has fun working together creating beautiful and inviting spaces. Maureen enjoys collaborating with her clients to find their perfect style, whether that is a neutral color palette layered with texture or a mix of bold colors and patterns that really pop.

Maureen always knows her team has nailed the perfect design when she gets goosebumps bringing the details together. The best part of her job is truly getting to know each client and feeling like old friends by the time the process is completed. When her mind is not on design, she can be found relaxing at her pool with family, playing tennis or cheering at one of her kids’ swim meets or baseball games.

Lisa Schmitz

Lisa has built a reputation for designing luxurious modern, yet timeless, welcoming, and livable homes. Her experience spans the globe with a wide range of experiences from hospitality, corporate, and multi-family. With a keen eye for detail balanced with a knowledge of construction, common sense, and the importance of function, she builds an aesthetic unique to each client.

With over 35 years in the design industry, she has earned a reputation for finding creative solutions, leaning on her extensive experience in construction and fabrication, as well as substantial resources of local craftsmen to bring her creations to life.

From a young age, Lisa was inspired by her artist grandparents’ summer cabin, which her grandfather built by hand. The International-style log cabin in the woods, with its butterfly roof, was furnished with a mixture of modern furniture and traditional pieces.  This early exposure led to a lifelong involvement in art, from recording daily nothings in her sketchbook diary to sitting on the board at Charlotte Street Foundation.
